So shall Christ be

'One question that has always intrigued me is what happens to demonic beings when immigrants move from their homelands. Irish-Americans remember the fairies, Norwegian-Americans the nisser, Greek-Americans the vrykolakas, but only in relation to events remembered in the Old Country. When i once asked why such demons are not seen in America, my informants giggled confusedly and said, "They're scared to pass the ocean, it's too far," pointing out that Christ and the apostles never came to America".'

Richard Dorson, A Theory for American Folklore

Based on the above statement, there is one thing I can tell.

If the gospel of Christ has indeed been spread all over the world, including America, if the gospel of Christ has indeed crossed the ocean, which it has, then I am dead sure that demons have as well.

Wherever Christ is on this earth, so shall demons be,
that His might and glory over evil can be seen.
Wherever demons are on this planet, so shall Christ be,
that His might and glory over evil can be witnessed.

Do I believe in demons?
Yes I do.

James says that even the demons know the name of Christ, and shudder.

Wherever my mind wanders, so shall Christ be.
For when I fail,
He can conquer every power and principality in my life.

Wherever my heart is at,
So shall Christ be.
