Magnets.

They meet.

A paper is slit between.

A thin sheet of paper.

Then its really so close

yet so far.

because the two pieces of magnets are still drawn together by the same magnetic force

yet the two pieces of magnet are still apart.

Really so close.

So far.

In this scenario,

If magnets were like lovers.
Surely, they must wish and cry to God with all their heart that papers never existed.

But the paper will stay there.

And when that paper slips away. Another sheet will come.
There are billions upon billions of sheets of paper of all colors and sizes in the world.

And any one of those billions upon billions of sheets of paper can get between the two pieces of magnet.

And keep the two pieces of magnet from really touching one another.

And God's not going to destroy all the paper for the magnets.

Because I don't know why.

Chickens must wonder why did God create Eagles

Cows must wonder why God created crocodiles

Rats must wonder why God created cats, and so many species at that.

To be politically correct, balance is probably needed in the animal kingdom, hence the creation of such beasts. But do you really think that if the chicken, cow or rat had a real mind on their own they'll agree with God's plan for balance? Of course not, because after all, they're victimized and they're eaten and they'll be mad at God!!!

What do men and women ask God for? Many more things.
And God won't answer most of them. God won't change most things.
Why?
For his great reasons, I'm sure.
And for most of us, we'll be like the chicken, cow, or rat, thinking that God's reasonings must be lame, because we feel victimized in our situations.

But chickens, cows and rats have never died out after so many thousands of years. They've been flourishing well in that sense. Balance is there.
As humans we thank God for cats for clearing the rats
and the frogs for swallowing the fly
because we know it is good.

So as humans... We usually don't get to figure out too much about God's great plan.

And as much as I'm struggling.

As much as the magnet is angry.

I remember.

The magnet remembers.

"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD , I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. "
Habakkuk 3:17 - 19

such blind faith Habakkuk had.
And he deserved to have one book named after him in the Bible

when he did not achieve any sort of fantastic miracles or anything glorious like David or Moses.

It shows,
People aren't always remembered for their successes.

People are remembered for their faith.

Will the magnet peservere?

Will you?

Will I?
