Exerpt

Rena sat up straight and stretched away the brooding thought, “Hey so what if this storm will end the world? It’s not really our job to worry about that right? We rain down. We’re water. Raindrops. We rain and rain. We hit the ground, evaporate, then hit the ground again, and evaporate, and hit the ground again, and again, and again-”

“Okay. We get it, Rena.” I cut her off.

“Yeah, except for those who get caught in drains or people’s cups and all that. Some of them need to turn into urine, then get flushed around with some nasty stuff before seeing the light again, and getting evaporated up here again, and hit the ground again, and again. I hear the most unluckiest saddest case raindrop is Wally Water. He had to endure being urine for seventeen consecutive rainfalls. An elephants’, a platypus’, an old lady, a caterpillar, a bat, don’t know how he managed to get out of the cave…a cockroach,”

Forgive my nit-picking, but isn't the word spelt E-X-C-E-R-P-T?

Hope you're doing well where you are. & I'm in stealth mode online these days...
